Very good surgery. Needed an emergency appointment as a visitor. Called and spoke to the receptionist, got a call back 5 minutes later from a doctor to discuss symptoms. He gave me an appointment for within the hour. Parking outside. Didn't have to wait long to see a helpful doctor and was next door at the pharmacy in no time.
Very good staff, both doctors and nurses. I’ve had a bad experience with a doctor, but as soon as I asked to be set up with someone different they immediately did. most of the staff is very prepared, understanding and helpful. The nurses are lovely and so is the vast majority of the doctors. I have to go pretty often for a long term impairment and I’ve never met such an understanding staff, not to talk about the fact I never had to pay for ANYTHING. I honestly don’t understand the poor reviews, but if you need medical help of any kind, give pipeland a shot because they’re very qualified.

Very good practice but they don't answer the phone

My 8yr old daughter Olivia had injured her hip joint and experienced pain over a long period if time, eventually resulting in her needing crutches. Unfortunately I felt that we didn't get anywhere with NHS support, their approach was not hands on, and they did little to help her understand her pain and what was happening in her body. We decided to look around and find someone she could see privately. As soon as I spoke to Bernie and explained Olivia's problem he instantly got it. Having children of his own I could instantly tell he would have a fun, relaxed approach and on our first visit he made an instant connection with my daughter, making her feel comfortable and at ease. Bernie literally went step by step through a planned journey of recovery for Olivia which helped motivate her to do daily exercises, and encouraged her to manage her plain. He took his time with her, and had a really great approach, as well as pushing her to help herself. He got to the root of the problem, where other had not taken the time to, and explained that she was hyper-mobile and her hip joint was rotating out and extending more. He instantly located which muscles and tendons were damaged, and set to work. Now my daughter is back to full health we, as a family, really couldn't thank Bernie enough. I would highly recommend him and his Physio Clinic. He has a relaxed and enthusiastic approach and takes time to explain what he is doing. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.
Bernie my knee and back are great no pain when walking . Thanks for fixing it.

The staff are really polite and very helpful and if u need there help they will help if they can
Very clean and nice facility; it's a great place for a scheduled in advanced routine appointment. Unfortunately there is a staggering shortage of doctors and extreme rigity in service; some appointments such as OB take up to 3 months to schedule. No ER, little parking, and closed on weekends it's a far cry from a full service hospital

An interesting place with some interesting history, I used to live next door to this hospital in late 90s and had the opportunity of getting inside through my work. Spent many hours wandering around inside, it is a building site now and would not advise entering it these days. There are Some ghost stories surrounding this building involving witchcraft and devil babies that seemingly have some half truths. Worth a look around in any case.
